Some will automatically know how to spot the perfect heart felt gift, but others may have trouble knowing where to begin. If you are the latter below are three simple steps to help you. Holiday shopping should be stress free. Come and enjoy our relaxing environment and know we are also here to help and can easily guide you to different options. We also offer free gift wrapping and have several papers to choose from. If you are ordering online give us a call if you have any questions or if you would like your gift wrapped. :-) Step 1: Identify the core need (try to figure out the root energy that would best embody what the person needs/desires the most, for example if the person fears change, then perhaps a gift that will aid in building confidence) Step 2: Think about how the person will use the item. For example, if the person is not active and doesn’t like physical activity, a gift membership to a confidence building martial arts class may not have the effect, you desire. Step 3: If possible, personally select each aspect/part of your gift. (if your gift has several components and you are making up individual kits then try to select each part while visualizing the recipient). The fact that you have put your time energy and thought into each selection will make your gift so much more impactful. GIFT SUGGESTIONS: For Loneliness – Gift of Self Love, create a gem sampler with an adjustable gem holding necklace and a message about each gem energy. Add an anti-loneliness oil and perhaps a gift certificate to an activity or class. Self Esteem – Hair salon, massage, Rose quartz gems with pink candles and incense. Love – gift certificate that gets the person out and involved in a group activity (best chance to create opportunity to meet the right person). Add a gem for courage, and stress relief if they are anxious or fearful Financial Security – Perhaps a stock and a magazine for entrepreneurs, and a bloodstone, ruby, or sunstone (success stones). Anti-depressant – Uplifting and antidepressant oil blend or incense, burner, humorous book. Good Fortune – Lucky rubbing stone or key chain, money drawing candle, good luck oil, and a few quick pick lottery tickets. Finishing Touches: COOKIE TAG If you are handy in the kitchen, why not make a cookie that embodies all the wishes for each recipient? You can add it to your package as a tag or bake a bunch and place them in a special tin. Make a gingerbread cookie as the spices have properties of good fortune and protection. Use color energy to decorate each cookie. Green – (Good fortune & Health), Red – (Love, Passion, Action), Blue – (Spiritual, Stress Relief, Justice), Yellow (Happiness), Pink (Compassion, Love), Orange (Creativity, Positive Change), Brown (Home, family), Purple (Psychic, Pain relief), White (Spiritual, clearing), Black (protective). Add a decorative piece a paper with a handwritten description of the cookie’s energies. WRAPPING & CARDS: Increase the sentiment of a holiday card or gift by adding aromatherapy. In a large container with a lid add a few drops of essential oil or Charmed in Company’s Happy Holiday oil. Scent your wrapping paper and cards by placing them in the box, adding the oil to either a cotton ball or if the box is cardboard directly to it, allow to dry, place objects in box, close lid and let sit a week or until you wish to send or use them. Each object will retain the scent of the oil and add a new dimension to your gift giving. The best gift of all are those found in the warm memories of the times you spend together. Have a Happy Holiday!
