The Mystical Mind: Heavenly Visitors

The holidays have just passed and at this time more than others, we may feel the loss of those who have passed more acutely. Thankfully, it is often a popular time for visitations from deceased loved ones. This article will be on enhancing our awareness of messages from the other side.
CREATE AN ENERGETIC SPACE
Visiting deceased relatives and friends can easily visit once an area has been cleared of negativity.   Smudging clears spirits that are not from a pure space (not loved ones or angels). Light a black candle to absorb any negative energy. Light an incense charcoal in a safe burner and add a clearing resin blend to it. Systematically work from your front entrance through your home and out the opposite side of the door you started. Visualize the white light as you clear, and say “all those not in the white light must leave now”. When you reach your front doorway open the door and all the windows to clear the air. Light a white candle and snuff the black candle. Energize your main living areas with the reiki or angels smudge blend. Clear your environment of clutter and decorate with warm and inviting pictures and decorations. Soft music or classic songs are also a nice addition. Light a guardian angel candle or pink and white candles scented with manifesting oil. Place images of those you would like to contact nearby.
There are many ways the deceased can attempt to access us. One method you may wish to try AFTER you have cleared and charged your area is:
PENDULUM CHANNELING.
Light a white and purple candle scented with chakra 7 oil. Use a copper portal pendulum (it opens). Place angelite and a frankincense tear inside with a piece of parchment with the loved ones name on it inside it. Ask for protection and clear your mind. Ask questions that can be answered with a yes or no. The pendulum's movement you indicate your answers. If nothing happens or you do not feel right, Stop and try another method. If you do connect, limit your time to fifteen minutes or less. If you do not want to work with a portal pendulum a scolesite pendulum will enhance your channeling ability. If this direct method does not work for you, try increasing your sensitivity to your environment to pick up on more subtle messages.
SPIRIT COMMUNICATION:

1. ELECTRONICS. Pay attention to connections found in songs or numbers that repeat (birthday, anniversary, etc), lights, or unexpected computer activity.
2. MANIPULATING OBJECTS. Have pictures turned or fallen? Perhaps something that had a connection to the deceased turns up.
3. PETS. Watch your pets see if they indicate the presence of a visitor. Anyone in the white light will not scare or threaten an animal so if your animal seems to acknowledge a presence and is not threatened by it, you may wish to try the pendulum or automatic writing to determine who your visitor is.
4. SCENTS only you smell. This will be a distinct scent that is in some way connected to the deceased. For example if the person worked on cars you may smell oil.
5. TOKENS. A decease may leave a token to let you know they have dropped by. It may be a shiny coin with a relevant date on it, a feather that you find in an usual place, or a symbol that is associated with them.
6. NATURE. Messages can be carried through birds and small animals. These visits will be out of the ordinary but explainable. For example, a bird may land on your car and stare at you for a moment before flying off, or one that you have never seen before is standing at your front door. You may see signs in flowers (a flower blooms up through the snow).
7. LUCID DREAMS. A very clear dream of the deceased is often used as a way to communicate. If you have one, journal everything you can remember. Clothing, expression, dialog etc. to determine the message.

It is not uncommon for a loved one to use several communication techniques to let you know they are there for you. You can also say out loud and speak to them even though you cannot see them. Many times they will be in your presence and acknowledging them will strengthen the connection. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. May they be warm, loving, and filled with pleasant memories.
